At Pink Banana Sparkles, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We inspect all items for defects before shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged. We recommend checking our size guide and contacting us if you have any questions about sizing or materials before placing your order.

If you do receive a damaged item, please provide us with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Please note that we may ask you to return the damaged item or provide other proof of the damage before sending a replacement.
